Celebrated Italian chef Carlo Cracco, holder of 2 Michelin stars opened his first restaurant in Moscow. OVO just opened this autumn in 5 star hotel Lotte, where guests can experience an unique and elegant dining adventure.

Unlike the prestigious 2-Michelin starred restaurant Cracco Peck, in the Top 50 of the “World’s Best Restaurants”, the new venture OVO promises to be a new star on the Moscow gastronomic sky.
This restaurant offers traditional dishes from Milan and elsewhere in Italy reinterpreted with a modern twist and playing on contrasts of textures, flavours and colours.

The philosophy of Carlo Cracco, a pioneer in progressive Italian cuisine is determined by beliefing in gastronomic traditions, history and culture of the Italian cuisine which he represents to the Russian public with modern tastes and aesthetics.

He through wide uses only the best of seasonal and mainly local items, traditional and ultramodern culinary techniques to create perfectly balanced menus.

On the menu you will find delicious dishes such as premium beef carpaccio with Mediterranean seasonings or smoked tender rack of lamb with aubergines and Italian tomato sauce.
