Original Italian on the “Silk Road”
Just ended the first of the two 2019 editions of China Food & Drinks Fair in Chengdu, the most important international beverage event in China, thanks to which Original Italian has consolidated its approach to the Asian market.
“There is an increasing demand for Italian wines – says Matteo Bagnara, C.E.O. of Original Italian -, in particular red wines, from Chinese consumers who love to drink well and so choose very high quality products. The fair for us has been an announced success and we were literally assaulted by a public attentive, knowledgeable and very interested in our excellence.
Anticipating Xi Jinping’s visit, the important agreements made with some of the industry’s top players suggest that Original Italian will soon be on the “Silk Road”.
