Spaghetti with parsley sauce and shrimps.

200 grams of pasta, spaghetti n. 5
12 prawns
5 grams of extra virgin olive oil (EVO)
5 grams of butter
1 lemon
1 parsley, bunch
750 milliliters of carbonate water

Boil the spaghetti in plenty of salted water. Boil the parsley, puree it with carbonated water, then filter.

Reduce the parsley sauce with oil and butter, then drain the spaghetti and toss them with the sauce.

Clean the shrimps and cook them for two minutes.

Place the shrimps on the spaghetti and serve.
